PayPal account shut down question

i posted before my about my paypal account get limited

so i tried calling paypal to get the limit removed. the 1st person who picked up said everything was fine and just to upload "as much information as i can" and then they would review it and likely remove the limit.

i thought this is stupid but agreed, hung up and called back shortly after. a new person picked up, they asked a few questions and said everything is fine and then said the account would be reviewed that same day.

a few minutes later i get a email saying my paypal was being closed because they consider me a risk, hahaha.

TL;DR: so my question is, is it possible to get your pp account re-opened if you call paypal and bother them enough? or is that the end? if so, what can you do to get re-opened, what things can you say to them?

If you done something bad, and they found it out, time to open a new one.

if you are doing illegal things and they suspect it. they will cut ur account quickly
