I need Paypal Account Urgently from Malaysia. I only need Paypal account with Real Bank and Card.

SmartyPents, i suggest you try to describe abit what for you need the paypal for, seeing you have only 4 posts.
 
I need Paypal account to buy things from eBay and from other websites. Also, the paypal should have done transaction before and shouldn't get limited.

You should try searching for the BST seller who offers verified accounts. I have come across similar threads in past and "that" guy's name has been recommended quite a few times. Please use the search bar. All the best with your search.

you need one with a card in which you can withdraw to and use as your own card? I am confused if you want it vba and vcc fully verified or you want access to bank for withdrawals onto card ...

I need Old account. Both conditions are fine but I would prefer real bank account. I will be using US Bank account to withdraw money.
