I don't know if I can post this thread in this section ( if not, an admin BHW can delete this thread ).
I have limited paypal's account. This account have 170 $ ( i have other accounts limited which conteins $$$ ).
I can't sent the proof address to PayPal . If you have a solution or an offer for them, please tell me.

Just go through the verification process and have the limitations removed.
Why can't you just simple give, what they are asking?

I think there is a seller here on BHW who takes care of every kind of problems you may have with paypal I don't really remember it right now so use the search form .
