PayPal Account Limited - Linked

Hey guys,

One of my real PayPal accounts got linked to a really old account I had a few years ago somehow. I'm not sure how it happened as I've been using this current PayPal for over two years now.

Anyways, I remember there was a process you could go through to claim the other account wasn't yours but don't remember it.

Anyone have a link to the thread or possibly have the information handy on how you go about claiming innonence and telling them the previous account wasn't yours?

I have read in many forums it is always best to call them and have a real go at them saying it is certainly not your account

Thanks for the advice. Calling them could help but I'm thinking I need to just burn the bridge even though it will suck.

They want all the usual info, DOB, SSN, Verify this, verify that. Evne if I get them to lift the linked hold, they will probably still want me to give them all that info.
