You are not limited.. Its just a bug in PP system. You could try another card like Revolut.

Banka Intesa, open visa electron there and that one u will be able to add. PP doesnt accept serbian mastercards i think.
Or you can simply just buy any VCC and confirm it. If it is really limited make stealth one, if it is not and u just misunderstood then confirm that one.

"PP doesnt accept serbian mastercards i think." Now why they wouldn't do that? Maybe a prepaid card but if its one issued from a bank it should totally work.

Since last month I guess you can add a card on the Serbian PayPal and get it unlimited.

Oh i remembered now, it is possible to add mastercard but its not available for money withdrawal. Only visa.. Heard alot of stories here about it
PP had problems first because of regulations here in Serbia so till 2015 i think it was unavailable to create one account or such. So i guess there are still some little issues like that one but as i suggested user above just open visa electron at Banka Intesa and there won't be any problem to verify or withdraw funds

Revolut now offers VISA cards which I think should be able to withdraw to? I am not sure though. Visa electron from your bank should suffice as I used one before and it worked (ABanka in SLO).

Well i would be glad to try Revolut, if we are really able to withdraw funds there it would be really amazing! Again, i am not 100% sure since i didn't have any mastercard here but i read alot of bad experiences with adding or withdrawing from pp i am not really sure now so because of that i suggest user to open visa one instantly and avoid all problems. Yep, using one for 2 years now gonna extend really satisfied with their service
Btw when we are about PayPal do u guys think that new paypal claim money function (19th of April update) will affect us outside US where we don't have SSN or such infos for instant eletronic check? I was preety sure till today that they can't make something similar to that for nonUS countries since then they would be flooded with ID uploads and such which is basicly bs.
