Paypal Account Hold Question

Has anyone ever received up to $50k via paypal without there account ever being limited or restricted? am doing some paypal research, and need to know if every paypal account is limited at some point

I don't have any personal experience with receiving this large of a sum of money, but I just want to put this out there. Something like $50k is extremely substantial, and as a company PayPal wants to payout money as little as possible. So I would not be surprised if you are hassled for proof on how you obtained such sums, called upon to pay taxes for it based on your jurisdiction, and more. PayPal gets suspicious and asks for more documentation when I've done transactions in the low $500-2k, so YMMV.

I can send with my PayPal account of my personal experience. If your account is Verified, there's no limit on the total amount of money transfer. Now you can call PayPal Support team, they give you a better information. Thank you!

There was just recently a thread discussing this. Someone needed to be paid 30k and didn't know whether he should have his client wire the money through the bank or via PayPay. If I remember correctly, the bank would have taken 10-15%. PayPal usually takes 4%. I told the other guy to check in with PayPal customer service about receiving that kind of money - I suggest you do that too, even if it's just for research purposes.
