Paypal account has limited

Hi, my paypal account has been limited due EU limits (2500 eur once a year) if not verified account. I sent them two times my fake passport data and two times they denied. they marked my acc as High risk now. My passport is already used on another PP account because I had to send a fake. the fake was well done there is nothing that would indicate a bad performance. I changed only one letter in the last name and number of the passport and the bottom line. that's it. was same photo and date of birth, I'll think it's a bit risky to fake a photo actually it will look better if it's twins or something that.

so guys based on your experience that they might not like and what do they look at first? does anyone have experience of successful falsification? Can I send them a completely different passport data now? after 2 failed attempts. they not send to me any letters, just denied 2 first attempt

btw should i call to paypal and say some cool story and try to convince them that the data is correct. or should me to send documents that will be completely different? I don't think that paypal has access to the government data, so on what based their verification?

This account is toast, the more info you send, the more they will store, but will not enable this account.
See if you come up with a convincing story and call them.
