can some help me with how to confirm my paypal account with my card, the have made the charge from my account, but am not seeing any code to use for the confirmation

Give it a few days, it sometimes takes up to a week.

Check transaction number on your creditcard after you log into CC dashboard then get the first four/five letters i think that should be code, if your CC statements come via mail then you will have to wait for it via mail

are you doing it via payoneer ? Then check in pending transaction in the dashboard. It don't take more then 10-15 minutes for it to appear on payoneer ?
