Paypal Account Banned - How to fix?

Hello,
I sold some digital services online until I reached some limits. After this, I was asked for documents and all send all of them.
They told me into the chat they will review in 3-5 days.
After a few minutes, when I'm trying to enter Resolution Center I received a message that my account was permanently banned due to violating terms.

Is there a chance I can get it back? If not, what should I do in order to continue my selling? Also had some funds 300E, I read if I'm banned i can take them after 180 days.

You cannot get the account back.

Ok, then what to do with the new or what are the options

The most you can do is try to fight it with them but there’s little to no chance. They do this all the time to people.

If Paypal notification or email clearly states that account is permanently banned or permanently suspended, that THAT IS IT. Do not waste your time and resources chasing that Paypal account. Even any funds you may have had in that Paypal account are GONE, FORGET IT.
To be realistic, Paypal has been receiving a lot of negative publicity due to blocking accounts, withholding funds, permanently confisticating funds, etc .... to the extent that buyers no longer ask "Why don't you accept Paypal ?". Everyone by now is ALREADY aware and that is why sellers now avoid accepting Paypal especially if the product or service is a non-physical / digital product.
As per what Paypal management's thinking seems to be, EVERY non-physical / digital product is a scam, so incase a buyer of a non-physical / digital product opens a dispute, Paypal will ALWAYS favour the buyer ONLY.
If your product is physically shipped and you get a proof of shipping that can be tracked, then accept Paypal. If your product or service is non-physical / digital product, then better NOT accept Paypal, otherwise you will end up working only for free.

I researched a bit and you are totally right. I'm a bit frustrated as I blocked 350$ and my clients are mostly using Paypal.

If i'm required to verify like now it will happen the same.

If Paypal has sent you any communication pertaining to the withheld amount, please do comply with what is mentioned and if you are lucky, you may get back the withheld amount. However, a permanently limited Paypal account can never get reinstated. Stop accepting Paypal if your product or service is non-physical / digital OR be ready to just work for free.

Send them some emails, they insist is banned. I knew it won't help with pictures proof & everything. That's too bad.
They will lift my papyal money in 180 days.

Ok, now things are getting better and better or they are looking for reasons.

They now told me I claim to have an account in X country but I'm in fact in Y country. I opened the account in my X country ( home-country ) but I'm living in Y country for one year - I send them all information from X and Y address tho' and explained them I'm nationality as seen in id from X country.

May I ask, from where are you from (country?)

Sorry I can't tell you exactly - but the X country (home-country) is in Eastern Europe and Y country (where I am now) is in Western Europe

I am once again replying to your thread, because as mentioned by you, Euros 300 is withheld and we are all into internet marketing for money.
Since, you've mentioned that they will release your withheld funds in 180 days, what I suggest is every 2 or 3 days log into the Paypal account. Look out for any additional notifications (and emails) pertaining to the withheld amount. In some cases of permanently limited accounts, the withheld funds have been released after 180 days and I pray the same for you.
In these 180 days, DO NOT try to create another Paypal account, you may risk losing the amount that is on hold !!!

same happened to me last year, can't sell digital product with papal anymore, acc is dead and asset froze for 180 days, you can get back the money after that , but ,ever use your account again

So for anyone wondering, I'm intrigued in seeing if there is any way I could get my account back. I will probably create another one but I see every time I insist, something comes up.

For example -
The first message from them: Account permanently banned - funds in 180 days.
Me: explaining to them that is not normal that they don't provide information about banning a totally legit digital product that I sell - and many people complaining online about these situations with PayPal.
Second message from them: We further check and we decided that will remain permanently banned.
Me 2: asking for an explanation of why a digital product is a risky sale for them and sending them proof with some orders.
The third message from them: Your account will be permanently banned. They can't see what's the problem themselves.
Me 3: asking again for some further information because I don't think this is fair.
The 4th message from them: Your account was limited because was opened in another country

"It seems from your address that you live in Y but you opened a X PayPal account." (where Y is where I am now and X my home country)"

They also send a special request so I can get the money back as soon as possible but they don't promise anything.
Me 4: I told them that I send all my details from X home country and also from Y home country - so I sent them documents about me in advance. I send them more documents than they needed. If I wouldn't have sent Y documents saying that I'm living here it could've been ok for them? I mean, is it ok to lie and not know about where I am located better than admitting?

I think Support is closed now. Waiting for some answers tomorrow. I'm curious where I can go with this.

Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the permanent limitation that was placed on your PayPal account. I am sorry you feel this way with regards to the account limitation.

PayPal is country specific and functionalists vary from country to country, in the event that you change residency it is required that you close the account and create a new one in the correct country of residence. Once you provided your proof of identity and proof of address our internal department would have reviewed the submitted documentation and found that you are not residing in X.

I have escalated the decision made to permanently limit your PayPal account to our internal department. I have asked them to review and re-consider as I understand your frustration. Please allow for the review and kindly monitor your inbox over the coming 48 hours for this correspondence.
