PayPal "Access your money" Issues

I've been receiving payments through my website https://gramcreator.com, yet I have been having some issues with the last two payments.

They have come through as "Access your money", in which I have manually had to add some fake tracking information, and told the buyer to "accept the payment" for the money to get to me.



Is anyone familiar with this problem? It's starting to make me a lil nervous now.
