Paypal has a history of limiting those account even the real 100% normal accounts for no reason giving the reason POTIENTIAL RISK......

2checkout doesn't allow SMM as well. I think it's possible to submit something different (like software, game, etc) to get approved.

SMM - no, they ban as soon as they find out... (most of payment processors doesn't allow it)
SMS - Not really sure about this one

Paypal is accepted as a payment method for most services, along with other payment schemes. It makes it more convenient for international clients as there's no need to put card details on every transaction. However, it's not for SMM. On the other hand, Paypal has SMS number verification feature, which makes it more secure.
