paypal 21 hold get around

I sell on ebay and ship internationally.
my business is refurb LCD and it's going nicely however the holds are killing me
two weeks ago i lost 250 dollars because of the hold.
i used to ship inspite of the hold but one buyer claimed that the item is not as described (it had more scratches around the plastic than he thought) so paypal took away my money.
so i tried to find ways around the hold
i tried to release the money with the refund trick but now it's useless
I asked buyers to pay via nornal paypal invoice for goods, but many decline
what can i do? is there a way around

and I've heard rumors about releasing the held funds
like a trick, or a glitch
is there a way?
 
are you on the right forum? IM = Internet Marketing :)
The Only Thing I Can think of is the glitch is if you refund a few pennies, the funds will be released But You Already Tried That! :(

i checked paypal page on the terms that will get you to not receive the hold
and saw two things
1: have 100 feedback

OR (and the say OR)

have 20 or more detailed DSR (meaning 20 feedbacks as seller)
anyone knows which one goes?

why you keep talking about IMing? Sure this is the wrong part of the forum to post this in, but it's his question about ebay. ebay is part of blackhatworld.

in order to get the hold lifted you need to have 100 POSITIVE feedback, and your account must be at let 6 months old. But you can also mix in buying feedback to reach this quicker as well.
