Paypal 21 Day Hold

I'm trying to remove this 21 Day hold (idk why I have it, I don't sell with paypal)
People send me invoices and I have 21 day hold, I can remove it, but I'd have to verify my phone (I can't because I verified with a different paypal account..
Anyone has an idea why it gets held? Also, which is the best VCC to verify paypal with? Etrade got patched...

Verifying your account won't help, the only solution is to call them and ask them to remove the hold.

i have some problem too. My paypal account is verified. Btw how do you know that the hold is 21 days ??? sorry this is my first experience.

does they will remove the hold instantly?? unfortunately, i cant speak in English... i sent paypal so many email, but nothing response...i dont know whats going on.

I forgot how i fix my problem same to this one but i guess phone verification is needed to avoid any further conflict with your account.
