I have had them and stripe do me the same way. You do agree to it with their terms and conditions but if you really need the cash you can sometimes find lenders who will make factor loans based on the amount held but it is not cheap.

You are big enough for your own merchant...daily profit available by the end of each day. No more hassle with 3rd parties.

Wow that's a lot of money to keep in PayPal without withdrawing it. I hope you get it all released eventually op. Then go with crypto or stripe.
