Payouts For International Creators

I have done some searches but have not found something quite like my question. If this needs to be merged into another discussion then that is cool too...

My issue is that I have a fan site, and yes it has some adult content creators. I am having an issue with finding a way to pay the international creators. I looked into Cosmo but they do not service the countries that I am looking to payout in. I have a number of creators that are from the continent of Africa - East and South. The merchant account pays into our business account then we are looking for a service that will allow us to payout to the creators.

I have looked into Paxum, but I will admit I keep going around and around with them on the business documents to get approved. I will keep working on that. Cosmo did not offer payouts to that any parts of Africa. I see companies like Payoneer but I carefully read their Terms and they do not seem to work with adult related content. I am thinking since I have the buffer of our business account can I get around their restrictions because the source of funds will be our business bank account - although our merchant is a well known high-risk merchant company. I am well aware of KYC and KYB type of issues.

I may be forced to go crypto only, but if anyone has any other payout options or companies that we can work with please help me out. I will find a solution and I know that I will find it here. We really need your help.
