Payoneer giving me hell and back, afther there new uk verification process.

They want the world just to use a card or get a account.

I was on the phone half the day as they want full photos of all documents,

Try that blind.

Anyway apparently there send it all to verification staff and I wait.

The problem all over the new brexit eu change.

Dam so peed of....

Never used Payoneer before,paypal works good for me..

PayPal why I went down payoneer street.....
Pay Pal a beast of trouble.

Skrill, payoneer seem to be good services and you get cards to withdrew money.

I just try to find way around problems from 1 account to another.

Ever read bad problems with PayPal scary crap if they want can keep all your money 180 days freeze if they fill like it (( nightmare ))

Payoneer recognised via many affiliates these days so money fine and both ends payup

Yeah same happened to me, i had to show them my account balance and how much money i made for them in live chat to finally accept my photo the 3rd time

Depends on what Business you are running,I never had chargebacks or refunds so works perfectly for me.

Go to paypal but it has big fee.

Solved just got this email.

The new change over for uk residents was a nightmare .

Don't know what the hell your on about, I never even mention chargebacks,

This was about the new Brexit laws to have a USA Payoneer account while living in the uk.

The whole process for any uk resident has been more secured as uk has left EU...

That means every business you're joined out of the uk if a uk resident needs deep info on you to trade abroad.

It doesn't matter even if you been with a business abroad for years because uk not in the EU no more all business need in-depth info on you to trade, do normal business, this includes even affiliates joined outside of uk.......

I was about to renew my card a few months ago but i give up they asking for all kind of documents that they already have. I sent them again and 3 weeks no answer. To contact them i had ti wait more then 2 hours on live chat and they ask me to sent them again i sent again and they told me to wait for 3 days to approve and has been more then 2 weeks but no answer worst support ever.

Taken me over 2 months m8.

They asked for everything you can think off even my personal bank statements, bills, proof of address, government ni. photo id

With the documents, you have to take a picture and show all four corners as proof...

I kept sending and sending and sending so, in the end, I contacted them and told them we need to do this while you're chatting to me, even then it took 5 attempts to get each document perfect for them to say ok, we will send everythink to get verified,

I just now got the good news.

Like you said it was a fucking nightmare.

We got also fully approved and verified back in 2019, documents, ID card, ... everything.

And after we received the very first payment directly on the Payoneer bank account, the payment was frozen. Although the customer could show us a proof that the money was completely deducted from his account.

The Payoneer support didn't answer for days. Then they replied back that they can't accept any payments by customers, but won't tell us the reason why. It took several more days for the customer to get his money back.

So, Payoneer was good in 2014 to 2017, but somehow changed their service policy.

No, thank you, Payoneer!

So please be careful.

Well, the truth is now I contacted the staff and had huge chats I got a full understanding of the problem.

If you use your account to be paid from there approved affiliates and business there no problem 100%.

But if you use the card to get money from people with there email or banking ways they don't like it 100%.

Payoneer will only accept money from emails and other sources if you can prove your business is not related to there not allowed business example pharmacy niche......

Even if you can prove you are a legit business and just accept email for payments or other banking ways from your clients the process is huge.

Payoneer doesn't mind Payoneer to Payoneer...
Or affiliates or business there involved with only.....

Maxbounty is a full Payoneer client of there's, and a good example of a business you can have thousands deposited to Payoneer without 1 complaint.

That it full stop......

Just received the exact same email an hour ago after 5 weeks of uploading documents and waiting and emails like

"The document you provided is unclear or unreadable. Please resubmit the document and ensure it is completely clear and readable."
Finally had to borrow a high mega pixel phone to take the photos to the level of detail they wanted

Well, originally Payoneer was intended for receiving payments from companies you work with. You get a physical card and you can spend your balance online or offline. This was the original purpose and this still should work without any issue. Now, if you receive or want to send payments to individuals, that's when things can go sideways. Payoneer was connected to money laundering, even to financing terrorism in the past. Probably this is why they're overly sensitive now, when it comes to private payments between individuals.

Everything gets more complicated. I remember back in the day if i used the Payoneer card in an offline store, it wasn't asking for anything, not a PIN code, nothing. It was swiped and that was it. Now if i want to purchase something online, i need to enter all the credentials of my card (not Payoneer specifically), when the validity check is done, i get redirected to the appropriate banking app on my mobile device. I need to login with my credentials, i need to choose the transaction, i need to re-enter my login credentials once more and just after that i can hit enter, so the transaction can get completed, after i got redirected back to the vendor's site. This will be standard procedure in the EU starting from 2021.
