Your IP is not proxy, that's why you are being to able to use 4 payoneer accounts on same IP.

Not exactly. You shouldn't be confused. Calling is okay.

Just that my preference is to chat with them. With that, no rush and I can have my Laptop in front of me in case I need to navigate anything. But it's all good.

Some things to keep in mind when using Payoneer: They have certain "hidden payments" that a newbie might not even be aware of. For example: If you check your balance on an ATM, it'll take $1 from your account. If you fail to put it the right pin code (even once), that's another $1 + you must wait 24 hours (a few days for me) before you can get the amount of money that you tried to take out. Basically, if you put in the wrong pin but take out $500, the balance will show 500 dollars less than before, but it won't actually give you the money until the time passes, lol.

Yes, Payoneer cards allow you to put in the amount you want to take out even if the pin is incorrect. There's no way to know until AFTER your withdrawal was declined. There's also a yearly $30 maintenance fee that they can and will take from you at any given time. If you make money consistently, then this shouldn't be a problem, but if you are low on funds, it could give you some trouble.
