Ok sooo I got quite a big problem. I made a payoneer account on a proxy. Well. My application was approved etc. Then I received payments and it asked for docs to release. So I give the docs money released. I withdrew to bank. Now I go back a few days later to login to see if my other payment is there and it says "ACCOUNT BLOCKED"

should I be worried? Do you think its just the proxy what if I use a real IP before I call support? Or is my account toast?

Contact support and tell them that you had 'suspicious activity' on your account, sell them some bullshit like it isn't your fault and they will reinstate your account.

Check email, can be from proxy or so - if on the email you didn't receive the reason for a block then you don't need to be worried if you received the email ... then BUSTED!

I never got an email of any kind......

I called them 10 times for this account. I can call no problem. Wish they were opened today.

Normally the live chat should do this job and can reply all your questions. They always helped me a lot. Maybe your account got auto-blocked, because you of a suspicious IP or something. Let us know why they blocked ur account and if they activated it for u.

I will do. It just seems odd because I got $300 and was able to withdraw then i do $500 and now I cant log in....if it was the IP triggering this wouldn't the docs override such thing? Anyways hope they fix it. Thanks guys!

I prefer live chat, better to understand, time difference isnt such a big problem. They were always helpful for me in the live chat.

Your IP could be blacklisted. The best thing is to call them and tell them you've had other sites relay similar information and that you believe that your ip has been compromised. Ask for their help in coming to a solution. If you play the victim, chances are they will unblock the account. If it happens again however, you might be screwed. Tell them you're going to use a new internet connection from now on. Play stupid.

Oh I will for sure use a new IP....and play victim.

Yes you're right about this. Their live chat is helpful. The only caveat is that you will have to wait in the queue several minutes. Sometimes long wait duration of 54 minutes, sometimes 29 or 15 minutes if you are lucky.

But the live chat is worth the waiting than sending an email that won't get you any feedback. Lol

But I call tho? so live chat is better? im confused.
 
You made an account with proxy and received a payment instantly which you withdrew to bank right away! This sounds fishy.

From where did you get the payment? Client or some individual whom you did not have any work with?

Why did you use proxy?

I dont know why I used a proxies. And it wasnt just a payment and withdrew instantly

This is the timeline:

Made account on proxy. Got approved

Got payment from paypal. Asked for docs

Gave docs. but not in time so they sent the money back to paypal.

docs approved I did a $10 withdrawal from paypal and withdrew to my bank when it hit payoneer.

then I was like golden so I sent $300 withdrew all good.

Then I sent another $300 from my paypal and I went to check today and cant login.

Fishy? nahhh....
