Warning!!!! Do not use Payoneer!!!!!!!!

If you could, you can use paypal, or wire. They are most reliable.

Its been almost a month and they still didn't paid us our money!!

They make empty promises, from a few business day, to 5 business day, and finally they will tell you they are reviewing the issue and you have to wait for xxx months or never get your money!!!

First week, they blame our bank for technical issue. I wen't to my bank's HQ and ensure theres no technical issue. So they can't use this excuse no more so they said its their banking partner having technical issue.

The third week, now they admit its their technical issue.

Let me ask you, a month to solve a technical issue. In which they will not take responsibility to make your fund accesible due to their mistake.

They just keep you hanging.

Would you work with such company?

If you rely on them, you will get messed up anytime!!

I've been using them for 3 months now, never had a problem.
 
Or you can choose not to withdraw to your bank account.

I'm using their services since 2008. Never had an issue with them.
I have a bank account added, but i haven't withdrew to it so far and possibly i never will.
I understand your frustration, but shit can happen i guess, your funds are stuck somewhere and because of the banking system it takes some time to get it back. You can't do anything about it, they neither.

It's easier and often cheaper if you just use the Mastercard they provided you upon signup.

Use Payoneer what it's primarily intended for: get paid by companies and use your card for shopping or ATM withdrawals.
That's what i do and i've never had a single issue with them in 9 years.

Withdrawals to bank accounts can trigger reviews since they have their anti-fraud prevention in place, because they were linked to terrorism. Although your issue appears to be a technical one, at least that's what they say.
 
can run into issues with new account setup etc but once active there typically are no problems.
 
I have been using payoneer for a while for my fiverr payments and never had this issue with them.
usually i withdraw through my bank ac, they will credit 2-3 day on week days or 2 days plus or minus with weekend.
however in my first payment i had a payment delay but still it was credited within 8 days. speak with them on phone, emailing will take for ever to reply or resolve you problem.

Judging by your outburst, if you're like that with their support team, I wouldn't help you much either.

Their support was always shit like facebook. He should have withdraw with the card like everybody else
 
No problems with Payoneer so far. I use the CashCard they sent me and whenever I get a payment I just withdraw everything from an ATM into cash.

Old Payoneer user here, i do multiple withdraws to my bank account like 1-5days time a week and i have never had any problem. maximum i had to wait to see my money was something like 5 days. but that's just normal really.
 
payoneer is a very disgusting . once i receive 400$ in one account they block my account .when i tried to contract them they don't respond me they did not answer my question . they had very bad service

I've been using Payoneer to receive payments from my ads networks & I loaded at withdrawn more than $1000 from my payoneer account & there is no such issue I faced. Please contact them using any payoneer review site. YOu can also read below payoneer scam report below.

How mich did you lose. I transfer large sums to them and from them every month and have never had an issue for two years now
 
your account may be need to verify , did u upload documents that they ask. ? call them they are helpful on call and resolve problem in few mins. Email and online support really slow
 
its shitty in some countries. also in india you cannot use payoneer money for anything other than withdrawing to bank. thats the country's rule..
And payoneer is not that good form what i hear.. Any indians here have experience ?

Iv been waiting for 2 weeks and they don't seem to be concerned. This is the last time I'll be using their services.
 
I'm using payoneer from almost 3 years, for me is far away better than paypal. Try to use them CC and you will not have problems at all.
 
Even payoneer stealth accounts work great for me. I dont know whats your problem op...
