I have just been offered the digital mastercard by payoneer. I am just a step away from activating it. Have any of you been using it? And is there a yearly fee of $29.99 as the physical card?

Do they charge $29 yearly for this? And I read something like this in my email that, I may have to order a physical card or they will issue one for me.

Yes, the current balance will go onto the card a while from activation.
The card works great so far, much cheaper that using Paypal, even with the $30 charge. They might have a problem with 3D secure (even if they give you a code for that) because some vendors will reject your card when you purchase for more than $100.

Can you use it for Facebook ads or Purchasing Goods from E-commerce without any issue?

I don't know about fb ads, it should work. Purchasing goods, yes.
