Payoneer US Payment Service

i got a 2 years old payoneer account and just a few months back i've tried to apply at payoneer us payment service to link at my paypal account to my payoneer master debitcard but it's been several months and weeks since my application i've already given them the details and info they want to get from me but after that i didn't get any reply i've tried to send several tickets at their support but unfortunately i haven't got any response .

anyone here had been on the same scenario as me ? if yes feel free to reply on this thread thanks .
