A few questions regarding Payoneer...

Firstly: Do your details get verified, is so how? **** docs be ok? If i use my own national insurance number, will they want a copy of this? Same with passport? Do passports get checked? Name etc

Secondly.....!!Who offers the cheapest rates for a Payoneer card....I were going to go through Fiverr, but thought I'd check other websites rates

Hi,

When signing up for a Payoneer account, you will need to confirm your identity by providing a government issued ID. This can either be a national ID, driver's license, or international passport. Applications are reviewed on an individual basis, and we may ask for confirmation of the ID number (which is done by uploading a photo copy of your ID).

Regarding rates, I suggest that you sign up via the company/website you plan to use most. The Fiverr Revenue Card (powered by Payoneer) is certainly a great option, and an excellent solution for withdrawing your Fiverr earnings.

Does Payoneer check the ID's with the government? Or just request photo evidence?

Of course you'll need to verify your identity (just like with paypal). Why would that be a problem anyways?
+ I think it's awesome that payoneer has answered this themselves.

No, not asking that, I'm more intrigued if they check document information out. If they are like Paypal then they won't have the authority, so to speak, to check with government agencies. They will go of photocopied evidence yes?

I wonder why you are concerned about this. Can't help but suspect you.

Paypal can not see your actual name with what you have registered with your bank account when you withdraw from paypal to bank.

Paypal can however see the name on your bank account when you make a deposit into paypal from your bank account.

Which is why I never deposit any funds from my bank account to paypal.

You do not need your bank account and paypal information to tally up as long as you dont deposit funds from paypal to bank.
