    Hi,

    I have to be honest, the payoneer support it`s a team of kids i have contacted them 8+ days ago with a small problem regarding "Accounts associated with my credit card" I have told them to remove 1 account that is associated with my credit card, a job that take few minutes i think and they put me through the same removal processes twice in 8 days, i have spoke with them at phone/email , they are just nonprofessional!

    well maybe their '' first line support '' . What I can tell you there on bhw it's a guy with nickname Nissim-Payoneer , he's working there and he is a very helpful guy trust me , he helped me with a problem what I wasn't able to solve with the first line support :) . Try and pm him , ask him nicely what you need and for .... bet he can help ya .

    The actual removing of a partner account is a very quick process, the issue is that we are required to confirm the payee account with the partner prior to removing it.

    Requests sent to our customer support department via e-mail can take up to 2 business days, however we do offer immediate support via telephone and live chat Sunday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST.

    I do apologize if you are not fully satisfied with our customer service. You mentioned that you have already been in touch with me, and the request is likely pending approval by the partner. Once they reply to us and give us approval to remove the payee from your account, I can personally make sure it's done for you right away.

    If you could PM me with the e-mail address on your Payoneer account, so I can be sure which account you are referring to, I'd be happy to check the status.
