Hello first of all my english is worse srry hope to understand me. I wanna to ask is it possible when i open payoneer acc with fake details to receive money on IBAN and then to make wire transfer to okpay ?

You should only open a Payoneer account using your real information (name, address, ID number). Each account is reviewed on an individual basis, and using incorrect details will result in the permanent cancellation of your Payoneer account.
