Afaik, it's not possible, the payment won't be accepted, they will only accept bank transfers from businesses
If you are dealing with individuals, you'd need to make those individuals create their own payoneer account and transfer the money to you through Payoneer system instead of relying on bank transfers

You can send payment link to anybody in the world, they can click on invoice link generated via Payoneer and can put the information from available options to send you the money.

Hey ,
yes, but only if your payoneer account is set up with global payment service. that gives you local receiving accounts (like us, eu, uk bank details) which clients can use to send transfers just like a normal bank payment. make sure your account is business verified so payments from individuals don’t get flagged
