Payoneer question?

Not sure if its the right secion to ask about this but i want to use payoneer to withdraw some money i have earned but if i want to use this card do i have any charges for just having it ?

I dont mean the transaction fees i m asking is there any membership fee that you have to pay monthly or yearly just for having the card like on normal CC in banks.

For me out of those fees what you're asking, there's only a $3/month inactivity fee, which i pay only, when there's no activity on the card for a month. This doesn't happen, because i use my card in every month multiple times. So for me this doesn't apply either. I can see a "Monthly Card Account Maintenance" entry too on the list, but it says "Free", so there are no charges for this either for me.

i just recieved my account card but after the format of my pc i lost all my information about my account on the letter i got it says you have to activate it first if i dont do it does that mean i m free of any charges because i cant logg in on it to use it and i cant recover it since i have no info about anything i typed when i signed up ( reason : i usually put fake info on every site )

If you can't activate the card, there will be no fees. That will be an inactive account, the card will be disabled automatically after some time (few months) of continuous inactivity.

If you want another card and you can't get this one work, just apply for a new one from a different email address. After they sent you the card and you activated it, there will be an activation fee of $10 (they will charge your card with this when you get your first payment) and the rest of the associated fees, you'll be able to find in your account, if you follow the link i posted above.

Also, i saw this $29 per year mentioned a few times before. Payoneer has never charged this on any of my card and i'm with them since 2008. I don't see this fee in my account either, where the fees are listed, but it's listed on the general page about fees, which can be seen without logged in.
