Hello guys just had a question i paid someone on payoneer and chose to use free transfer to send it to the payoneer dashboard which it says takes maximum of 2 hours . Its been 18 hours now and still pending.

Go on twitter, search for their handles and call their attention to it. They seems to respond fast over there.
 
Hi usually payments on payoneer takes 2 business days to finish, since today is Sunday banks do not function thus your transfer will be processed tmrw morning, meaning your money shows as debited but in reality It hasn't gone yet.

It says payment cancelled and now it says my payoneer balance is blocked but i am not sure why its even blocked i didnt even do anything .
 
What did you put on the reason for the transaction

How much did you transfer?
 
If you still have the issue than call customer care. I had an issue solved over a phone in a minute.

How old is your payoneer account? Also what was the payment for?

account is 1 yr old but it was verified but i never used it before to send payment . and payment was to a freelancer.
 
Oh I see check if the freelancer had requested payment for a service that is not allowed by payoneer this and also the fact you haven't used the account before and you made this much of transaction would have raised some false alarms which resulted in them blocking your ability to make any transactions. Best way is to open a support ticket and explain what happened and have some Id/bank book info ready and they will help to fix it within next 2-3days their support is really fast unlike gaypal who simply let's scammers run away with your money and free work/products/services.
 
will it possible to be fixed within few hours after i chat with them or will it have to be 3 days ?

It will depend on how far down your ticket is if it is a live chat your solution will be within few hrs.
