Its not allowed here and its not allowed because of fckin scammers.
I can bet that 90% that this thread is about the same. I give you money on paypal, you send me to payoneer, I refund my money from paypal after a week and you suck balls all day long. Happy end.

Well I am getting scammed all weekend. Even people from this forum, the guy that goes by name Xdurance just scammed me for $100... And I am just trying to get money on payoneer so I can withdrawal, also anywhere I tried it is forbidden to even ask, and some exchange site that I found doesnt do paypal. Does anyone have any idea how and where I could do this?

OP, why not ask Payoneer to enable a US bank account for you.
That way, you can withdraw the money you have in your
PayPal to your Payoneer account.

Go with Bitcoin, dude. Just buy some with Paypal, then transfer them everywhere, hope this help.

Most of people don't like exchanging paypal.
Thanks everyone for suggestions. About connecting Payoneer to PayPal, I can't do that. It is only possible with older Payoneer cards. About bitcoins, well, I never really considered it, I will look it up.
Also, when I opened this thread I was kind of looking for a quick instant exchange, because I needed money urgently at the time, and also hoping to find someone reliable for the future.
But as almost everyone said, there is always a scam involved
. As I figured out in few hours after posting this thread, people who would really want to do exchange are afraid to get scammed, and people who are PMing me saying that they are willing to exchange are looking to scam me So, this can't really work unless you know the other person long time.
I have found few websites that offers exchanges for some fee. I am testing them out, I will post here if I find something reliable.
