Payoneer <-> Paypal exchange

Hi!

I've just tried to add my payoneer card to my paypal account and failed. Neither payoneer card nor payoneer bank account are currently supported by paypal.

What's the best way to connect these payment services? How do I transfer funds from payoneer to paypal and back? Is there some kind of automatic exchanger or some trusted service?

you need to have in your payoneer card a least 2$ to verify paypal
 
Give a try at payoneer us payment service.
They provide you a USA bank account to attach at pp and withdrawn your funds directly.

The Payoneer card is still supported by PayPal for sure, mine has just expired and i added the new one recently. It's a pre-paid Mastercard, why wouldn't it work?! Although it doesn't help in withdrawing from PayPal to Payoneer. For most people linking the Payoneer US Payment Service with PayPal isn't supported anymore, i think in the US it's still working though.

You need to have funds on your card like okazaki suggested above, otherwise you won't be able to verify it.

I have some funds on my payoneer card, nevertheless, I could not add it, an error was "not possible...try again later". I asked paypal support to help me with the issue. Here is their answer:
Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding adding your card.

Please be advised that we do not support Pioneer cards anymore. It is not possible to link a Pioneer Master Card to your account.

It is my pleasure to assist you. Thank you for choosing PayPal.

I was really disappointed with the fact I could not link my card, I don't see any obvious reason for that.


Regarding US Payment Service, I've read PayPal changed it's policy in 2015. It looks like US Payment Service still works for people who had added it before the policy changed, but it can not be linked to PayPal account anymore.
 
But I think you can't transfer funds from one to another even if you connect them?

If it's their reply word by word, i'd advise you to get help from someone else from PayPal support, because that person who sent you that reply, obviously doesn't have a clue what he/she is talking about. Maybe it would be best to call them and maybe also don't mention, that it's actually Payoneer card, just tell them, that you want to add a Mastercard. For some reason PayPal decided to dislike Payoneer at some point, but with adding the card i didn't experience any issue, i hope this won't be the case from now on.

@Adrian112: He can't transfer money, but if he manages to add the card, at least he can use it for PayPal purchases.

I can also confirm that you can indeed link your Payoneer card over at PP. Simply contact them, they will resolve that for you.
 
You can't add Bank account that comes with Payoneer US payment service. Even if you get success first Paypal will reject that bank account next day. For Payoneer Mastercard I don't know but people having same type of complain.
 
I added mine not so long time ago. The first time I tried it wouldn't let me, but some months later I tried again and it worked.

Did you mean your card or US Payment Service?
 
I added my new card 2 months ago.You can use the card with paypal not us payment service.Did you contact payoneer?

Yes, I wrote them yesterday using the form in my paypal account. Did not get any answer, so I've just called them. They say in my country it is not possible to add the card issued in another country. I was curious whether it is also true for other countries. They say they know nothing about paypal rules in other countries.

Thus, as far as I see this, it is very likely that Payoneer card can be linked to the Paypal account in the US only.
