I recently got approved for a card. But I am confused about how I can get money. I am living in Hong Kong, have a HK bank account, also canadian bank account and paypal accounts. Will I be able to send money from my payoneer account to these bank accounts? Can I withdraw money from the ATM in HK, what are the fees?
 
Hi,

I'm using Payoneer for OVER a year. I would like to get approved for credit card payments, so my friend can send me money directly using the load page. Can you approve me please? I'm very legit and I'm not a scammer or a hacker whatsoever.
 
I have verified the US Payment Service, Google re-issued the payment after you sent it back carelessly, and it is now still "waiting for approval", after having arrived for the second time in 1 week, the same payment !!!!!!!

This service is really frustrating. While you are promoting new services like EU Payment Service, try first on making the support and verification and payment loading less headache-causing, because this is not going to do you good in the long run.

Customer is the king, and if you mess with customers and make them wait just for the sake of it for their own hard-earned money, a lot of trouble will be caused.

Please take serious note.

My case is finally solved, after a roller-coaster of unnecessary negative events. I will need to make sure that something like this never happens again.

Hey nissim i have a quick question i am 17 atm and i will have 18 on 28/6 so in about 3 weeks, so can i request payooner card now since it will take around 4 weeks to arive in croatia , and I will have 18 years at that time?
 
Hi Nissim : The 2500 limit atm 24hs , is exactly 24 hs or is per bank day ? For example, if I take out 2400 usd on Tuesday at 2 pm , Can I get another 2500 usd on Wednesday 10 am ?

@IMaaang: While we do our best to estimate shipping times, it is possible the the shipment to be delayed in your local postal system. We generally recommend waiting an additional week, and if the card still does not arrive to contact us for assistance: http://www.payoneer.com/ContactUs.aspx
 
Hi there, The withdraw cost is usually showing $1 on your site for booth withdraws, but whenever i use it charges me $3.15 for each withdraw.
Any special reason for this?
 
hi, nassim,i have been trying to get a payoneer card for about 8 months now without success
i already have an approved registered account but not getting the cards
can you offer any help
though i had stopped trying after two attempts ,but i felt i should give it a last shot

The ATM withdrawal fee for your card can be seen by going to your Payoneer account and clicking on the "Help" menu. If this has changed or appears incorrect, please contact us for assistance: http://www.payoneer.com/ContactUs.aspx

4 times ordering card, but none of one card i received..
don't know this from payoneer or my postal....
if i request they said will give tracking number if i paid xx$ amount..
look like i must pay to get my card.. right ?

I have been using payoneer since 2 years now and very happy with it.Last year a company made an unauthorized payment from my card,i contacted payoneer and they blocked the card and gave me a new one and all is ok now.There is some money on the blocked card and its not transferred to the new card,why?
 
when i withdraw amount from ATM it charge much money then written on site why is that so?

Once the shipment arrives in your country, it is processed by your local postal system. Unfortunately Payoneer has no control over that.

We do support expedited shipping via DHL, however there is a fee in order to cover the added shipping costs involved.

I have one question. I already received the card and send copy of my ID and it says "ID Documents Uploaded:Approved", but I forgot to submit questionnaire. I recently saw email from payoneer so I want to submit that as well, but I'm not sure how to fill it.

I want to start selling products on ebay and to receive the funds from paypal to payoneer. The thing is that I didn't create ebay account yet, while meantime I transferred some funds from my paypal to payoneer(those funds were my personal money). Payoneer took 30$ for fees from the amount that I transferred. So what exactly I should put in website field? Should I put paypal address and possibly screenshot of my paypal account page because I'm going to receive the funds from paypal obviously. I didn't create ebay account still, so I guess paypal address is ok?
 
I got a payoneer card but never used but i need to use it now when i tried to know the status of my card by trying to log in payoneer website it shows account on hold. My reference number is ......(i have it ask me for it). Can u help me to reactivate my card or to create new account ? Cause i tried to create new account but refused. Thanks in advance
