Hello. I have linked my Payoneer Card to Paypal account (I'm not from US). But Paypal does not allow it to pay for checkout payments. I can send payment from it. But not checkout payments. Paypal said that they treat Payoneer as a Virtual CC /Bank Account so that they don't allow it.

Is there any solution for this?
