Hi Nissim,

I have a question about fee when withdraw at local ATM and withdraw to local bank. Could you tell me about detail fee of those 2 methods? Which one is more expensive?

With withdrawing cash at an ATM with your card, there is a cash withdrawal fee. This can be confirmed by logging into your Payoneer account, going to the "Help" menu and selecting "Pricing and Fees."

When withdrawing to a bank account in a currency other than USD there is no fee, and funds are converted using rates of up to 2.75% above the official mid-market rate at the time of transfer.

+1. Payoneer is the best thing I have found online. I can easily just take my payoneer card when I am traveling instead of going through all those "Money Troubles" that other people face.

When signing up for a Payoneer account you are required to provide an ID number. This can either be a national ID, driver's license, or passport. Unfortunately if you are not able to provide one of the listed ID options we will be unable to provide you with a Payoneer account.

If you have a valid PayPal account that supports withdrawal to a US bank, you can use our US Payment Service to withdraw funds to your Payoneer account. I would suggest that you contact PayPal customer support so that they can check your account and assist you with how to get verified.

Hi - to answer your questions:

1. Companies that pay with Payoneer can send payments to Indian residents, via Global Bank Transfer. We do not have an ETA on when we will be able to provide the Payoneer card and US Payment Service to Indian residents, however will be sure to make an announcement once we have additional information.
2. You can receive payments from US companies that are in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for the US Payment Service. If you'd like to check this specific company, please send an e-mail to community [at] payoneer [dot] com and we will be happy to confirm.

I'm quite happy with them. I'm am international member and got my card 10 days before the date the estimated I would get it. No fees at all. Nothing but helpful so far.
