Payoneer Merge Account Problem

Hello, so I had a host where I made some money and decided to ask through payoneer. All good he send me the link to attach my account but when I tried to do so it said I was unable and I should try another account.

I talked in the Live Chat and they said I can make another account and attach it to that one and afterwards they will merge it with my original one and everything will be good.

I made new account wait a few days for activation, put the link attaching that funding and everything worked like a charm. I then went in the Live Chat and told them to merge the 2 accounts and they told me they sent a message to the development team and I will receive an email to accept the merging in a couple days and come back here in the Live Chat to finish the merging.
So after 4 days I didn't receive anything and went back in the Live Chat and they told me they are sorry it's processing slowly but assured me I will receive the email. Since then another 4 days passed, has anyone experienced such stuff? What can I do?

Also going in the Live Chat takes about 2 hours because I'm placed in a queue and it's a pain to wait so much each time.
