I'm Talia from Payoneer. The fees for using Payoneer depend on the partner you sign up with. When you go to their site and choose Payoneer, you have a list of the fees. Other than the activation fee, the fees are all the same for each country.

I am using Payoneer from a long time. I live in RWP in PAK. I paid 24-25$ in fees to payoneer and got my card from Odesk. I also have payoneer virual bank account which I use with my paypal and withdraw my funds into my account and my money comes into the payoneer card.

i am going to get it through scriptlance any idea what should i do
how do i activate card whats its fee

I my self is using Payoneer card for 2 years now but don't know how to attach it with a PayPal account. Can you give some detail of that ?

What are the costs associated with the ScriptLance Prepaid MasterCard?

To view use and loading fees, login to your account, click on "withdrawals", and select Payoneer Debit Card withdrawal. You will be forwarded to a Payoneer signup page with more information about fees.

You can get more details by contacting scriptlance support though as the payoneer agent here said it depends in the partner you signed up with (scriptlance in your case)

The activation fee if you are in Pakistan is $24.95. The rest of the fees are on Scriptlance's website. Select Payoneer as your payment option and then you'll see the list of fees (this is before you sign up).

If you would like to receive payments from PayPal, you need to apply for the Virtual Account. To apply, please make sure that you have received at least 3 payments from a partner of ours and then email our support team to request the VA. They will pass on your application to our VA team, who will review it and get back to you.

Please know that we have received a huge number of requests over the past few days, so we are a bit delayed in replying to VA requests. Please don't think we didn't receive your email. :eek:

What do you mean by that? You can attach the Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard just as you'd do with any other card or you don't how to attach a credit card to Paypal at all? If you want to withdraw money from Paypal to Payoneer, you want be able to do that unless you have a Payoneer Virtual Account (you need to request it) which is also attached to your Paypal

Just to clarify, you can use your Payoneer card as your payment method for PayPal, and you can use it to verify your PayPal account as well, but you must have funds on your card to be able to do so. The reason for this is that the Payoneer card is a prepaid card, so you can only spend what's already on the card. PayPal performs a small charge (typically $1-2) to see that it's really your card, so you must have funds on your card when you link it to PayPal.

problem is that pak isnt listed in paypal supported country card i requested will be on pak adress
 
i got payoneer before but they got block for the reason i dont know lol and when i ask the support about these they says they cant discuss it w/ me, i dont recommend u payoneer i wait about 1 month then i dont even use it yet and got block for no reason :)

I'm not 100% sure how PayPal works on that part (I'm from a supported country), but I don't think the problem is with making payments, just receiving them. Can anyone else here clarify this?

There is surely a reason that it was blocked, and we don't usually block after a month, but just to be clear, if we ever block a card and it has funds on it, the funds are sent back to the partner that made the payment immediately so the user can receive his funds another way. We never EVER keep someone's money, for any period of time.
 
im sorry but i just post may expirience on payoneer they dont ever give any reason to me... and it dont have money... i think they are wise enough to know that i need the card for important things thats y i apply to get it... and blocking it w/o giving any reason is unaccepted :( sorry

I'm sorry the card was blocked. I really don't have any way of knowing why. If you could give me the ticket ID/your email address on file (you can PM it to me), then I can check, and if there's any answer I can give you, I promise to do so.
 
I'm using Payoneer for 2 years and above. Only MCB in Pakistan can withdraw funds. Also, you cannot use Payoneer with paypal..

Actually, you can connect your Payoneer card to your PayPal account (just make sure there are funds on it before you do so, since they make a small charge to see that it's yours).

If you'd like to receive payments from PayPal, you can apply for the Virtual Account service we have, which will allow you to receive payments via ACH transfers. The minimum requirements for the VA are to have a Payoneer card and to have received at least 3 partner payments over the last 3 months.

well @PayoneerTeam ah ! your partner system is not good for us who is working as a freelancer on internet .I am doing SEO since last 2 years and now my income is 600$/month its not much. the issue is I dont want to attach or work with any online third party like Odesk,script lance ..etc So you should allow an option for freelancer as well ..I can pay any reasonable amount of fee for the payoneer card to clarify my income..will you allow such option ??
