Payoneer mass payout delay?

Hey!
When a company (CPA Network for example) sends out money to it's Payoneer affilaites, how long does it take for cash to appear in affilaites hands? If instant load is enabled of course. From my xp, this always happened instantly, or within 2 hours as Payoneer says themselves. But the problem is that one CPA network I recently started working with sent me an email on 30th (NET30) saying that ''Payment has been sent and will arrive in your account within 3-4 business days'' which doesn't make any sense, it was always instant.

So how is it? Can it really take up to 4 business days?

MAybe that CPA company is based offshore and they're sending the funds to payoneer via wire, which can take 3 to 4 days, sometimes more, but often is done in less time.

That could be the case, thanks for your reply! Man I'm just so worried! My payout was moved already from NET15 and I'm worried I might not actually get paid. It's a well known network but everything seemed dodgy over there. I have 2,5k on acc there

Maybe they send the payments to their accounting department to processed which takes 3-4 business days as for payoneer all i do is i pay the $5 fee and get my payments instantly.

yes, for sure it can take that many days depending on how exactly they upload money into their Payoneer account and then just transfer money into yours..

Companies that send mass payouts with Payoneer have a business partner account, which they pre-fund via wire transfer. Once they have funds available, they can sign into their business partner account and make payouts (or they can automate the process with their existing payment infrastructure, if applicable).

In this case the company either just sent the wire transfer to Payoneer and is waiting for it to be funded, or has an internal procedure before they actually make the Payoneer payouts. As soon as they actually make the Payoneer payouts via their business partner account, it reaches the Payoneer account holder within minutes.

Payoneer platform is usually instant (within 60minutes) but the website privacy policy got stated that do give them few business days to complete the transaction
