Paypalization is underway now ))
Maybe though i still consider payoneer as one of the best. Do you know any website to create a work contract ?

What is your source of income , show them the payment proof or order proof , how you get it and how it gets you paid !

They would surely approved !

Create one and upload one
Yeah, very helpful response.

Already tried, no help.

In which country is your client located. You will need to get their e-signature.

I found this template if it was a remote role

Will look into it, Thanks.

Create an invoice. And send them. They will accept.

Just make sure you put the right date on the invoice.
Invoice is already attached before accepting the payment, i made a payment request with invoice and they still asked.

Send them that same invoice that you created.

Or go to live chat and ask them what should you provide so they accept that document easily.

You can use something like zoho sign to create a contract and digitally sign.
IDK if that will work in your case with payoneer.
I recently signed one for a free service that found, they had all details mentioned including how to use the free service without breaking their TOS.

I sent them the invoice but rejected.

"Unfortunately, the information you provided does not match our request.

The document you provided is not a work contract."

Just a quick Google and I found these.
My opinion just create a contract doc like they have explained on their blog.
As mentioned earlier Zoho sign or any similar service coub be of help.

You can show them your proof of purchase for your service. If they like what they see, they will approve your request and pay you right away!

go to live support and ask them you are a freelancer and show them chat of you and your buyer.

Is this the first time they asked for this or is this a regular thing?

I wasn't going to reply anything because I don't know how to help, but boy. Payoneer is the biggest rubbish I ever had to work with. The customer service is terrible, they take HUGE cuts and half of the time there is a problem that needs addressing, and it takes MONTHS of dealing with incompetent people to solve it.

I had so many problems over the years... only using it when I have clients who demand it with no alternatives.
