what you need is a Payoneer partner company to send you funds, like earnings from a CPA network or you can withdraw funds from fiverr for instance, i'm pretty sure that you won't be able to buy this service, because you need to have earnings with any of the Payoneer partners, which can be send/withdrawn to your Payoneer account, a private load from a different credit card won't do and cannot even be done without getting a few payments from a Payoneer partner at first
yes i know exactly what i need, but i dont see myself openning a freelance account and hiring myself, i thought i might buy my way and find someone to somehow make the first load via payoneer partner company, still hoping this will somehow happen, if not i will have to reconsider my course of action and cancel the card.

those old tricks with freelancing sites might not work anymore, most sites are well aware of those by now, the only way i can see this happen, if someone hooks your card with his own acc of a Payoneer partner company, like someone who already has funds in a CPA account where he hasn't linked his own Payoneer account yet, but it might not be possible at all, because i would think the names on the two accounts should match, so you might be better off just registering on fiverr and creating 20 gigs, it's almost impossible not to get any sales and withdraw the revenues after the 14 days waiting period, if you want to activate your card by any means, but yea, it's maybe too much of a hassle

in my country our post office is a partnert but i already have a payoneer card from them, and they ask for ID so i cant make another, with that card i can verify and withdraw from paypal.
the main goal is to be able to withdraw, not the paypal verification.

You need first to receive $100+ from one of payoneer's partners in order to be able to use their "private load system" Find someone who can send you his next payment from Clickbank, Amazon etc

i am an ebay seller for since 2009 it is meant to use for a stealth account.
anyway i had a chat with payoneer today, they told me i should be able to add the payoneer as bank account to my paypal, but i cant do it for some reason, the customer service person told me she would refer my enquiry to tech support to see where the problem is, i hope i wont have to cancel the card. question is if it is because i didnt do the "first load" or is it something else that is related to problem with payonner-paypal.

if you add the card only, you won't be able to withdraw, it's only good to verify Paypal
the issue - what you just experienced - that Paypal doesn't support the Payoneer US Payment Service anymore, you can still add the card though, i'm wondering why Payoneer still suggest to do that (and it's not just you) when it's not working since more than a year now

actually i got another payonner card issued by an affiliate of them in my country, i can withdraw to the payoneer bank account with no problem. but because when they issue the card they ask for ID and i thought it would be more hassle free to issue another card by my middle+last name through payoneer inc, and that it will work the same way.
still hoping it will, but i am fully aware of the problem for US issued payoneer card. although because my local payoneer card by an affiliate of them worked, i thought this one would work too.
the card i was issued in my country has a local bank account attached to it. so no US payment service of any sort. mybe that is why it works.

No,You can still add payoneer USA payment service on some other country paypal. Some people sell paypal account with attached payoneer USA service

Create a fiverr account, sell your gig $100. Ask for your friends & relatives buy it. Then you have $100 in fiverr account. Transfer $100 to your payoneer card, your card will be verified. Because fiverr is a payoneer partner. This is legal and work 100%. Hope this hint can help you.

well, it's not working in most cases like you can read it from the replies on the Payoneer community forum, i'm also unable to do it, i think it may work if both of your accounts are US or if you added the service to Paypal before the restriction
before the restriction even if you got this message from Paypal:"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date." , if you contacted Paypal, they added it manually, but they don't do that anymore, so hooking your Payoneer US Payment Service with Paypal it's more like an exception than a rule now

Well, I have attached USA Payment service on other country paypal , even I have withdraw $ from my paypal to payooner recently. Check your PM
