Hello all,I've request a credit card from payoneer last week and I just want to ask what are the experiences you guys have with payoneer? What are the withdrawal fees at ATM's? How do you withdraw to the card from your account?

That is not credit card, that is an prepaid card. You can check fees at their fees section.

How long did it take for you guys to get the card?

What happens if you don't get your card on time?

You cound ask their support btw i received in 5 days but each country is different and if you don't get your card on time you wait or ask the support

Almost all ATM's accept payoneer card. The fees vary from country to country particularly the dollar conversion. You can get all these answered through their support page.

They are great and the rest of yoru questions are answered on their site

Payoneer is great service to get your freelance payments across the world.
They also started the Bank withdraw service which is good and have minimum fees than ATM withdrawal.

Signed up 6 years ago.
I had one sent to my address in the UK, arrived within a week.
Never got around to using it, as I was getting my Azon commissions through Azon credits / vouchers.

Came to use it, couldn't recall my password.
C/S were a nightmare, wouldn't do anything to help, even though I had the card in my hand, my email , phone details etc were all correct they wouldn't reset my password.

After arguing by email for over a month I told them to shove it. They used to have company reps on various forums, but they all vanished.
Useless !

I have to agree with MisterE on the customer support commentary. They are really awful at providing answers to your questions/problems. This is the biggest downside.

However, if you don't run into anything that requires help from their staff everything else works like a charm.
When I first applied for the card, it arrived in about a week. The replacement card (old one expired) arrived in 5 days, no extra fees. Their US Payment system has gained a lot of popularity and you can withdraw directly to payoneer from a lot of online business.
Also the ACHC transfer available is blazing fast, it takes about 16-18h to receive my funds when I withdraw from paypal to payoneer.
For me they work great, I can have funds from almost anywhere online available to spend in the shortest time possible.

Does anyone have any experience outside of the U.S.A.?

If you withdraw under $100 then payoneer charge $3 for you.

I can't recall any negative experience, i got my first card in the beginning of 2008, so more than 8 years now. The shipping time varies for me, i received 5 or 6 cards until now, once it took less than a week, but sometimes it takes more than 2 weeks with the same standard shipping.

I've never had a single problem neither with their service, nor with their support. I contacted them quite a few times, at first they were pretty slow, but lately they reply in a few hours. Once i lost my card, so i needed to cancel it, everything went smooth and fast.
The card is valid for 3 years (it was 2 years before), a few weeks before it expires, you should contact them, because they don't send the new one automatically.

Fees can be found in the help section of their site as others already suggested. It's a good idea, if you read through the FAQ, chances are that you'll find pretty much every answer you may have. Their FAQ section is pretty good since they revamped the site.

The cash withdrawal at ATMs ain't cheap, so use your card for shopping whenever and wherever you can.

EU citizen here btw.

Took me 2 weeks. I had a problem with the approval process. I called cs and everything went smooth.
