Did payoneer remove the option to send payments from email address to another email?
I only have “pay to bank account “ in my payments tab , the pay to recipients payoneer disappeared?

I was able to log in and do a transfer but I wasn´t able to see my balance. Whenever I tried to refresh the page it kicked me out.
