is it possible to use payoneer card usd in one country and another euro in another country (by a family) or this can get my account blocked?

I don't see any reason for getting you blocked in this case. I have used my Payoneer USD card in India and Nigeria. Never got blocked. It was just USD. Wait... Do they issue EUR cards?

yes...they issue USD, EUR and GBP cards
