Payoneer Asking for Personal Information

Hi all. So earlier today I got an email from Payoneer requesting me to provide the following information in order to approve my current pending payment:

A full screenshot of your Amazon affiliate account profile showing your name.
A full screenshot of your "Site Profile" showing the website associated with your affiliate account (Home >Account settings > Website Subject & Content).
A direct link to your affiliate website.

Just out of curiosity, have anyone using payoneer encountered this? I have sent them an email and I am currently waiting for their reply though.

Payoneer do check these for accounts but did you check the email was from the official payoneer
 
Wow, Payoneer gets weirder every day. If it was me i would not show them my sites cause these have nothing to do with Payoneer.

Yeah I did, it was officially from payoneer though.

Ikr. I wouldn't want to show my sites but then, they won't be able to process my pending payment. lol.

I've checked the payment reference number in the email I received from them and it matches the one I have in my payoneer account. I hope it's not a phishing attempt though.
 
I think they asked for the same from me around when i got my account/first payment.
 
I suggest contact their support. Best option. Who knows Payoneer best other than themselves!
 
Case solved! Here's what they replied:
As part of a routine procedure to ensure the financial security of both Payoneer and our account holders, each active account is required to undergo a verification process. This process is meant to confirm the line of business related to the payments being received to your account and ensure that they are in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Nothing to worry.
