I'd use exchange methods that include escrow to protect your funds. I use a friends PayPal account to receive payments since Nigeria can not receive payment via paypal.
He just converts the money at an agreed amount and sends it to my account here.

The old Freelancer trick still works if you are careful enough and can wait for it to complete.

I will reach out to him for you, I'd advise you to do a search for companies that do such exchange, but only with escrow( this is very important).

Its the oldie where you make two account at freelancer sites, use one to hire another and pay using paypal. Obviously you need to be smart enough to avoid ringing bells. The same thing works with e-commerce sites, Sell an item and buy that yourself.

yes there is still a way to withdraw from paypal to payoneer . 1st you need to ask payoneer for uk payment service . then you can add that uk bank to a uk paypal account and withdraw money
