Payoneer alternative to use with Stripe

In the light of recent news with Payoneer & Wirecard, I stopped payouts from Stripe to Payoneer.

I am from EU, using US Stripe account. Can someone recommend an alternative that would work the same way with Stripe, to be able to receive payouts?

-Accept EU individuals
-Provides US bank account
-Provides physical card

Try transferwise

i had a transferwise bank account working just fine
and and today they decide to close it for no reason, even tho that i just opened it like 2 weeks ago, and a payment from paypal was on its way to that account
they didn't even bother sending a closing email notification

i wouldn't trust such a company, lukely i have another option

Recently I received an email from Payoneer mentioning that they created a new EUR account for me.

Now I have 2 EUR accounts: one Wirecard account and one Citibank Ireland account.

You did not receive this?

I already had 100% verified accounts at TW and they deactivated my account without explanation, it took me a few weeks to get my money back...anyway, Payoneer is the best option I know.
