But the problem here is that it's really risky to use that account on long term and for larger amounts.

well you can always have multiple payoneer accounts like I do. I have 4 of them (my own personal ones) almost all of them are 2-3 years old..

change ip get someone detials they would approve but still you would be needing payments around 2k to unlock the pay to pay option !

Unfortunately, it's not possible to create a new Payoneer account if your previous one was banned. One of my friends had a similar experience, and their attempt to open a new account was also blocked.

Wouldn't risk it, they're pretty good at connecting the dots. Maybe try a different payment processor altogether?

If you received a "soft ban" (meaning you didn't commit any serious violations), you can incorporate a new company online (either in the US or UK) and then apply again as a business account. Trying to use different personal documents under your name is pointless - Payooner will always link them back to the same individual.
