    Hi,

I an new and before trying some BHW method, I have a question about creating a payoneer account. it requires about 30 $ for maintenance, it's ok they won't take it until I will have this amount in my account.
If I fail and do not earn any money would I have to close my account ? If I let it opened every year my debt will increase like 30 + 30 = 60$ debt ?

they charge 29.95$/year and yes if you don't pay the first year because of insufficient fund the second year you'll pay double 29.95 + 29.95
when you receive money to the US payment service, the fee is 1%
if you don't receive money for a while they will deactivate your account until you start receiving.

In order to activate the Payoneer Mastercard, you must have loaded a minimum of $30 into that account. You are changed a fee of 1% when ever you receive funds via their US Payment Service.
ATM withdrawal fee is $3 per withdraw

Really? I've been using them since they first started. Back in 2005. Used several cards, never had a problem. It's expensive, yes, and I've seen a few horror stories here and there, but that has not been the case for me. And for the most part, they work fine.

I am using them 3 years and I can say that they are really great company with affordable fees, depends on how much you earn.
