I went through this recently and dealt with a bunch of them. Within the US PaymentCloud and PayKings both gave reasonable quotes but I would focus on making everything else about your business as legit as possible. Register it properly and make the website as legitimate looking as possible (talking about SMM here).

for those who own SMM panels you guys better treat your business with more respect ain’t nothing black hat here the way to go as a start is just play dumb and innocent and as you know, not everything is “fake” + you provide social proof
you guys provide what’s been paid for and I assume hopefully, you’ve probably had times you’ve put your own money and maybe lost more in the process of making the client happy
I like simplifying it to the death and basically explaining it either by saying I’m specialized in marketing and/or have/a part of a PR network
basically your order administration panel is connected to a bigger one (or a few) and if legal questions will be asked, well it’s just as any other management system
consider yourself an agency with strong connections to a broad spectrum of promotion faucets
from digital ads (Instagram/google etc.) to Facebook pages, celebrities, blogs, word to mouth, etc. etc. let them know you know your shyt and know how to get the job done
basically you’re the plug for social media promotion and you have connections to various promotional platforms and provide services depending on the client’s needs I mean slow or fast etc.
this scene have sadly became “dark” thanks to bad press but after all a panel is a way of workflow to automate and simplify orders
crazy right? How this simple interface pulling and printing data on the screen is automatically assumed as some ‘hacker type shyt’?
panels are convenient, just like the software major organizations use at their offices
it’s your way of handling business as convenient as possible

anyone has questions why there’s an API documentation on your website? Sometimes people need to hear things from another individual to register simple information to make sense
just tell them that you’re allowing reselling/create an agency in order to grow as a business

forget about the whole black hat concept and mindset you have in mind
make sure you present yourself properly in the first place and it will be easier for you to answer any questions and concerns regarding your business

So make sure your business landing page and anything beyond is looking as legit as it needs to be and better start carrying yourself accordingly.
how do you contact these other networks for instance? It’s none of their business but you can simply explain that you contact them directly via email etc.
it’s sad it became so hard to accept payments thanks to some eHustlers and trigger happy disputes but don’t let it knock you off the fact that you are indeed an agency or whatever the case may be
Always carry yourself professionally, explain things right I mean let’s say somebody have refunded your service, let them know that you’re disappointed and somewhat offended in some way but it happens as you heard and some on your experience

this ain’t for those who in the business but for those who fresh so obviously I’m captain obvious but we’re clearly seeing businesses not taking themselves seriously and I can tell by simply searching for ‘smm’ etc.
