While you wait for a response, keep checking your billing and use your workaround if you need to.
 
Advertise on BHW
ensure that your cards are valid and have sufficient funds. Sometimes particular restrictions from your bank can prevent successful transactions. If not, i think you should replace and use other new account

Have you tried adding a new payment method?
 
Try with a new account, if the situation persists then there may be a problem with your card and contact support, they will resolve your issue.

Change profile to try payment again
 
Pls try contacting the bank; it could be due to maintenance or a system error that is causing the current card to malfunction. Try adding a new card, and if that doesn't work, I think you should consider using new ad account to avoid any disruption to your campaign
 
FB is having an error, and many people are having it. There is currently no way to fix it completely, and you will still encounter this error
Our current way is to use multiple payment methods at once, such as PayPal, ewallet, card
 
Last step will be contacting the Facebook support team. If they can't help as well, let's change the account as the other members have recommended to you
 
This payment error has recently appeared on some accounts. You can use an international credit card. If it still doesn't work, you can contact Facebook support so they can check the payment error.

Recently some accounts have such errors, try contacting meta support team and ask them to check, if it still doesn't work, replace with a new account

The cause may be that your advertising account has been blocked from payment.

You should use another account instead. This error is due to an account problem not a card problem.
 
yeah seen this exact loop before, it’s annoying af. when auto billing fails on threshold but manual “succeeds” and nothing actually changes usually not the card itself more like account/payment getting stuck in some kind of risk state

had accounts where this kept repeating no matter what card I used. honestly feels like once FB flags payment behavior on an account, it keeps breaking threshold billing over and over. sometimes looks like it just stops trusting the billing flow on that account. in this case all of us should be ready: have different vcc providers of agent accs. dont u think?
 
I’ve seen this error appear on some accounts recently as well. You could try checking whether it’s temporary, and if needed, testing with another account
 
Try to exchange the whole account with another card. If the situation still does not improve, the only way is to contact Meta support team.
Maybe they will give you a solution
 
Change account and buy a better card.
