Payment with paypal with no refund policy

OK people here is the deal. I am offering CPA approval services and lately I have got a huge surge of customers which is good, but of course there are some scammers that want to get accs but not pay... I mean they do pay but after a few weeks they file a dispute.

So I was thinking is there a way to set up a merchant portal or shopping cart or something in which will be stated that no refunds will be given. Since these are intangible good which have no shipping address or something like that and we all know paypal policies on such goods. I've had one dispute but got it somehow resolved after they saw all the proof of ftp accs mysql and conversations. But I want to avoid these things in near future. So how can I protect myself?

Well, from what I've read and experienced personally paypal is usually on the customers side. Customers chargebacks are rarely reversed. I would recommend going with a different payment processor. Good luck man

Also, I think paypal does not allow electronic goods. You can get limited for selling them.

hmmm... can I then use some kind of shopping cart or something and state that no refunds are given... or something like that... pls guys help

Paypal sucks, they support scammera. Use another Payment option.

they do accept email payments and you can withdraw also to moneybookers.

You will have to test because I am 99% sure that this will reduce your conversion.

Some people ( myself for example) will only pay/buy if you are using a recognized merchant ( trust factor) , like Paypal, Google Checkout, 2CO, unless you are a big corporation with your own merchant account.
