Payment to get this to work

I am trying to get this set up

The profile is all made, i have downloaded perl, and the script is on the pc

I have tried but to no avail, I must be doing something wrong this end,

Anyway will paysome to remote access and get this working for me


Error i get is this when running

netlog.pl is not a reconised internal or external file , operable program or batch file

NEED asap
