Hey there!

Just an interview. Please answer what do you think about this.

I have a website and as I see most customers prefer to do an order & payment through website/personal office, is it so?
Is it essential to provide such a service or clients may also do payment through direct contact with a seller?

Appreciate your answers.

Today it all comes down to "I wanna do as little work as possible", in short.

People want to reach the desired goal as soon as possible and as quickly as possible.

Everything has been simplified and adjusted for customers to pay something fast, to create an account, and so on.

So it is the same with that, I would say a good 90% of people would like to click once and pay in relation to contacting you personally first, and then wait until you get back to them (if I understood you), in the meantime, they may even give up...

After all, it is more professional, faster, and better for both sides.

If you mean the "waiting time" is the biggest reason why customers prefer automized services - is there any reason to do business without website integrated payments?

P.S. What payment methods do you prefer ? TOP 3

In my experience, customers can give up on a whim, and there are also customers that are willing to overcome all sorts of obstacles to get the product that they had their eye on. The point is to design the flow for the impulsive buyer, because they are abundant. I would use any and all methods that offer a seamless experience, like PayPal, Stripe or bitcoin. The quicker the process is, the more impulsive customers you’ll end up getting.

what about payoneer? was it common used among your customers?

It all depends on your niche and your product.

If you have a standardized product (shoes, course, script, software, etc) and you charge the same price, then payment via website si the way to go.

But, if you sell a product or service that has a high degree of customization (design, content, web dev, etc) and each order is treated as a project for you, then offsite payments (payoneer, paypal, even stripe invoices) is the best option.

Different customers prefer different ways. You should provide a convenient option for everyone

I think payment through website is better option as everything is digital now so why not payment

Yeah i feel like the direct payment through website works better. Some customers really dont want to chat, at all. They just want to buy and move on with their lives :D
Can someone tell about preferences in payments? As I know people from USA prefer PayPal. But what other payment systems are common used among BHW members?
